Como Operador de Cobrança, você será responsável por manter a saúde da carteira de assinantes do NSC Total/Clube NSC.
Seu papel será essencial na recuperação de receitas e na redução da inadimplência, atuando ativamente no contato com os clientes através de WhatsApp, ligações telefônicas e sistema interno de gestão.
Responsabilidade e atribuições:
Entre suas principais atividades:
Realizar contato ativo com assinantes inadimplentes, buscando negociação e regularização dos débitos.
Utilizar WhatsApp corporativo e voz (telefone) como canais principais de abordagem.
Aplicar scripts de atendimento com empatia, clareza e foco em retenção da assinatura.
Registrar corretamente os atendimentos, retornos e resultados nas ferramentas internas.
Monitorar prazos de vencimentos, reenvio de boletos e eventuais cancelamentos.
Colaborar com a equipe de atendimento para garantir a melhor experiência do assinante.
Requisitos e qualificações:
Experiência anterior em cobrança ativa ou retenção de clientes (B2C).
Boa comunicação verbal e escrita saber conversar com o cliente de forma persuasiva e respeitosa.
Conhecimento em WhatsApp Business, ferramentas de CRM e telefonia (discadores).
Perfil organizado, focado em resultados, com proatividade e senso de dono.
Ensino médio completo (superior em andamento será um diferencial).
Desejável experiência anterior com assinaturas, clubes de benefícios ou recorrência.
Será um diferencial se você:
Já trabalhou com metas de recuperação de receita ou régua de cobrança.
Souber interpretar dashboards e indicadores de performance (ex: taxa de recuperação, tempo de resposta).
Tiver familiaridade com produtos de mídia, jornalismo ou clubes de vantagens.
Tiver conhecimento em plataformas como Pagar.me, Mundipagg, RD Station ou similares.
