Job description

Empresa distribuidora de equipamentos, localizada na região do Brooklin em São Paulo contrata profissional para atuar com atendimento à clientes.

Requisitos:
- Ensino médio completo;
- Desejável ensino superior cursando ou completo;
- Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente e/ou suporte a vendas;
- Conhecimento em SAP e SalesForce.com.

(Desejável, mas não obrigatório);
- Habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Capacidade de organização, atenção aos detalhes e proatividade na resolução de problemas;


Principais Responsabilidades:
- Atendimento ao Cliente:
- Atender e responder prontamente às solicitações de clientes via telefone, e-mail e outros canais.


- Gerenciar reclamações e resolver problemas, garantindo que todas as interações sigam os padrões de qualidade da empresa.


- Acompanhar os pedidos dos clientes, atualizando-os sobre o status e auxiliando em qualquer necessidade adicional.



Suporte a Vendas:
- Fornecer suporte administrativo à equipe de vendas, incluindo a preparação de documentos e a atualização de informações dos clientes.


- Auxiliar na criação e atualização de relatórios de vendas e performance no sistema.


- Gestão de Pedidos e Transações:
- Processar pedidos no SAP e garantir que todas as transações estejam de acordo com as políticas e normas da empresa.


- Realizar o acompanhamento e controle dos pedidos em todas as etapas, desde a entrada até a entrega final.


- Colaborar com as equipes de logística, finanças e vendas para solucionar problemas que possam afetar a entrega ou processamento de pedidos.



Monitoramento e Melhoria Contínua:
- Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos de atendimento e suporte a vendas.


- Acompanhar KPIs e metas estabelecidas pelo coordenador, garantindo a qualidade do atendimento e a eficiência do processo.



Comunicação e Colaboração Interna:
- Manter comunicação constante com a equipe de vendas e outras áreas envolvidas para assegurar alinhamento nas operações e garantir uma experiência de excelência ao cliente.


- Fornecer feedback constante à coordenação sobre questões recorrentes e oportunidades de melhoria no atendimento.
