Job description

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Suporte ao Cliente: Fornecer atendimento de alta qualidade, tanto no pré quanto no pós-venda, e administrar conflitos de forma eficaz.

  • Atendimento Multicanal: Realizar atendimentos através de WhatsApp, e-mail e chamadas telefônicas, redes sociais, Reclame Aqui, além de conduzir pesquisas de satisfação com os clientes.

  • Registro de Interações: Documentar todos os atendimentos em sistemas e planilhas, garantindo a precisão e a atualização dos dados dos clientes.

  • Cumprimento de Prazos: Assegurar que os prazos de resposta e resolução sejam cumpridos, mantendo registros detalhados das interações.

  • Colaboração Interna: Trabalhar em conjunto com outras equipes para resolver problemas e melhorar o atendimento ao cliente.

  • Identificação de Melhorias: Propor melhorias nos processos e sugerir ações que aprimorem a experiência do cliente.

  • Metas e Estratégias: Colaborar com a equipe para atingir as metas estabelecidas, seguindo as diretrizes da empresa.

  • Manutenção de Contas: Controlar a ativação e satisfação contínua dos clientes, incluindo a reativação de contas inativas e o acompanhamento de chamados no SAC.

  • Atualização de Ferramentas: Manter planilhas e outras ferramentas de controle sempre atualizadas.

  • Onboarding e Pesquisa de Satisfação: Auxiliar nos processos de onboarding de novos clientes e na realização de pesquisas de satisfação.

FORMAÇÃO:

  • Ensino Médio Completo.

REQUISITOS DA VAGA:

  • Ter experiência em pré-venda e pós-vendas;
  • Cursos na área de atendimento serão considerados diferenciais;
  • Hábil em multitarefa, incluindo a capacidade de ser flexível e se adaptar às mudanças rapidamente;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita clara e simples;
  • Conhecimento em Pacote Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point);
  • Capacidade de aplicação de treinamentos;
