RESPONSABILIDADES:
Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo via telefone, WhatsApp, e-mail e outros canais digitais;
Registrar e acompanhar demandas no sistema, garantindo retorno ágil e resolutivo;
Atuar com foco na satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, buscando sempre a melhor experiência;
Apoiar os setores internos com informações e feedbacks dos clientes;
Participar de reuniões e treinamentos para melhoria contínua do atendimento;
Analisar indicadores de atendimento (NPS, tempo médio de resposta, etc.) e propor melhorias.
REQUISITOS:
Mínimo de 8 anos de experiência em atendimento ao cliente (presencial, online ou híbrido);
Ensino médio completo (superior cursando ou completo será um diferencial);
Boa comunicação oral e escrita;
Organização, paciência e proatividade;
Facilidade com tecnologia e sistemas de atendimento (CRM, ERPs, etc.);
Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplas demandas e resolver conflitos com empatia.

Salário: R$ 2.500,00
Ticket alimentação: R$ 31,23 por dia trabalhado;
