A Hand está apoiando uma empresa referência em joalheria premium na busca por um(a) Assistente Executivo(a) de Atendimento ao Cliente.

Se você gosta de trabalhar em um ambiente sofisticado, com atendimento personalizado e rotinas administrativas desafiadoras, essa oportunidade pode ser perfeita para você

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Emissão de notas fiscais e controle de documentos administrativos.

  • Atendimento personalizado a clientes, oferecendo informações e suporte durante o processo de compra.

  • Gestão de cobranças e controle de pagamentos.

  • Apoio em compras e organização de estoque.

  • Postagem e envio de peças aos clientes, garantindo cuidado e atenção.

  • Apoio em ações de divulgação da marca e marketing digital, conforme necessidade.

  • Auxílio na preparação de reuniões e atendimentos.

  • Manutenção do ambiente de trabalho organizado e eficiente.

  • Apoio à equipe em atividades de suporte administrativo e operacional conforme necessário.

Perfil desejado:

  • Experiência prévia em funções administrativas ou atendimento ao cliente.

  • Boa comunicação, simpatia e atenção ao cliente.

  • Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes.

  • Facilidade em trabalhar em equipe e lidar com múltiplas demandas do escritório.

Diferenciais:

  • Desejável experiência em atendimento personalizado, joalheria ou segmentos de produtos de alto padrão.

  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão administrativa e vendas.

Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira: 9h às 18h | Sábado: 9h às 13h
