Estamos em busca de um profissional dedicado para se juntar à nossa equipe como Assistente Técnico no Atendimento ao Cliente.

**Atividades:**

- Fornecer suporte técnico ao cliente por telefone e e-mail, resolvendo problemas relacionados a serviços de telecomunicações.
- Auxiliar na comunicação entre os clientes e os técnicos, garantindo que as questões sejam tratadas de forma eficiente e amigável.
- Registrar e acompanhar as solicitações de suporte técnico, garantindo um atendimento personalizado e eficaz.
- Emissão de ordens de serviço, notas fiscais e outros documentos relacionados às atividades técnicas.
- Agendamento de visitas técnicas e acompanhamento da agenda dos técnicos de campo.
