Jornada de 40 horas semanais, (horário a definir)
O que buscamos:
• Experiência comprovada
• Formação técnico profissionalizante na área de TI ou nível superior na área de TI concluído ou em andamento a partir do 3º período.
• Certificação de treinamento de, no mínimo, 20 (vinte) horas em ITIL, versão 4 ou superior.
• Certificação de treinamento de, no mínimo, 20 (vinte) horas no Microsoft Windows 10 ou superior.
O que você ira executar:
Os serviços de atendimento de primeiro nível, compreendendo o atendimento telefônico, o remoto, o presencial, e o primeiro atendimento na ferramenta de solicitações de serviços de demandas dos usuários internos e externos, serão executados pela Central de Serviços de TI de Primeiro Nível– CSTI-N1.
Manter ponto único de contato para atendimento aos usuários internos e externos de TI, realizando o registro e o
encerramento das solicitações de TI.
Receber, registrar, controlar, processar, atender e encerrar as solicitações de serviços de TI encaminhadas pelos
usuários internos e externos, pelo sistema de gerenciamento de solicitações ou por outros meios aceitos e definidos pela CONTRATANTE (e-mail, telefone, chatbot, que sejam elegíveis para atendimento pelo primeiro nível), de acordo com o Catálogo de Serviços de TI do CONTRATANTE.
Atender, classificar e reclassificar as solicitações de acordo com o Catálogo de Serviços de TI.
Esclarecer dúvidas e orientar os usuários internos e externos sobre quaisquer assuntos e tecnologias inerentes aos serviços contratados, inclusive quanto aos sistemas de informação desenvolvidos e adquiridos pelo CONTRATANTE, a partir de informações padronizadas e pré-estabelecidas em conjunto com o CONTRATANTE.
Manter os usuários internos e externos informados sobre a situação e o andamento de suas solicitações.
Documentar todos os atendimentos e respectivas soluções.
Encaminhar a outras unidades as solicitações que necessitem da atuação de outras áreas, exclusivamente se não
puderem ser atendidas, devidamente documentado no sistema.
Acompanhar as solicitações até o seu encerramento, em especial as solicitações classificadas como críticas.
