Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems.
You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment.
As a Computer Operator, you will be on the technical frontline, responsible for:
+ Performing operations according to service agreements;
+ Analyzing and resolving first-level issues across systems;
+ Routing unresolved issues to appropriate teams;
+ Developing support system management processes tailored to customer requirements;
+ Ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
+ Monitoring screens to identify alerts and incidents, following scripts and procedures provided by the client.

+ Availability for on-site work in Pinheiros, São Paulo;
+ Flexibility to work in shifts including weekend rotation;
+ Experience or familiarity with monitoring IT incidents and alerts;
+ Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and operational manuals;
+ Basic English knowledge is desirable for reading tool interfaces, but not mandatory;
+ Readiness and agility to quickly engage in alert situations;
+ Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning;
+ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
+ Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
