**Job Description**

We are looking for an **Indirect Procurement Intern** to support our team in Apodaca.

This role will assist with data analysis, process optimization, and follow-up on indirect purchasing activities.

**Responsibilities**

+ Generate **reports in SAP** related to indirect procurement.
+ Manage **Master Data updates** within procurement systems.
+ **Track open purchase orders** , ensuring compliance with deadlines and proper execution.
+ Work with **Excel** , including **macros, pivot tables, and advanced formulas** for data analysis and reporting.
+ Support process improvement initiatives within the procurement team.

**Requirements**

**Education:**

+ Active student in a **related field** such as Business, Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or similar.

**Technical Skills:**

+ Strong **Excel skills** (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
+ Experience with **SAP** (preferred but not required).

**Languages:**

+ **Advanced English** (written and spoken).

**Soft Skills:**

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
