What you’ll do

Position Title: SAP Field Service Management iXp Intern – Product Support
Location: São Leopoldo, Brazil
Expected start date: September 2025


As a Product Support Intern, you will:

  • Help solve customer challenges by analyzing and resolving known issues

  • Research and provide solutions using Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), documentation, and configuration review

  • Create and update KBAs to share knowledge and collaborate with peers through forums and team discussions

  • Participate in training sessions (virtual and in-person), mentoring, and self-paced learning to build your technical and business expertise

  • When needed, escalate technical issues to development teams

  • Support our customers via real-time communication channels
  • What you bring
    We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious.

    You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (from 2nd semester and with at least 24 months remaining before graduation)

  • Advanced English skills — both written and verbal — to engage effectively with global colleagues and customers

  • Interest or ability in troubleshooting and root cause analysis

  • No prior work experience is required — you’ll be supported by a mentor and training resources

  • Nice to have (not required):
    Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, CoreSQL, MSSQL)

  • Understanding of business or ERP processes

  • Knowledge of UI frameworks (e.g., HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
