Position title: SAP I&CX Sales & Service Cloud iXp Intern – Technical Support
Location: SAP Labs Latin America - São Leopoldo, Brazil (hybrid - 3 weekdays at the office)

Our Technical Support I&CX organization is seeking an intern to join our team and assist in supporting our global customers.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of technical and soft skills, as well as gain insights into various business processes.
This internship provides an excellent platform for growth and learning in a dynamic and supportive environment.
· Provide remote technical support to global customers via support system, chat or calls.
· Help with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and deliver solutions.
· Support the management of critical situations towards a positive outcome to the customer needs.
· Report errors which require code corrections to development teams.
· Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and sharing of internal and external documentation.
· Participate in local or global projects.

· Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, ideally in IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Basic skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
· Familiarity with a programming language (e.g. ABAP, Java, Python, etc).
· Awareness of web application infrastructure concepts (e.g. SOAP, APIs).
· Fluent or advanced proficiency in English.
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Eager to learn new technologies and tools
Nice to Have
· Exposure to ERP systems like SAP.
· Basic knowledge of CRM software.
· Spanish language skills.
· Experience in customer technical support delivery
