**Your role and responsibilities**
* Lead Review and Conversion: Reviewing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and effectively converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
* Lead Transfer: Passing the SQLs to IBM sellers and partners to support the deal closure process.
* Social Selling and Brand Building: Engaging in social selling strategies and activities to build your personal brand and influence potential clients.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Technology Sales Leadership: Manage the generation and development of sales within the Technology field.
* Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieving sales targets in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
* Digital Communication Proficiency: Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills across various digital platforms.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Automation Market Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in the Automation market and establishing trust as a valued advisor for clients (training on IBM's Automation offerings will be provided).
