Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join our team.
You will be a key driver in designing, developing, and maintaining our organization’s core products and systems.
This role requires a strong full‑stack background, blending deep backend expertise in Java with modern frontend capabilities (React/Angular) to build highly scalable, high‑availability applications.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Full‑Stack Development: Design, build, test, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using Java (J2EE, Spring) on the backend and React or Angular on the frontend.
System Architecture: Actively participate in architectural decisions and API design, ensuring solutions meet organizational needs for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Technical Leadership: Develop innovative solutions, champion software engineering best practices (design patterns, clean code), and mentor other engineers.
System Integration: Perform seamless integration of software and hardware components to maintain throughput and program consistency.
DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to and maintain build and release pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) to improve development velocity and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross‑functional teams (product, design, QA) within an Agile development methodology.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical structures and user documentation.
Basic Requirements 6 years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of building highly scalable and available systems.
Backend Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and the Spring framework.
Frontend Expertise: Hands‑on experience building modern, data‑driven frontend applications with React or Angular.
Core CS Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Object‑Oriented Concepts, Data Structures, and API design (REST, SOA).
Agile Experience: Proven experience working effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Communication: Excellent cross‑functional communication skills with advanced English proficiency (written, spoken, and reading).
Nice‑to‑Haves (Preferred Qualifications) Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Azure (AWS or GCP also valuable).
Cloud Databases: Experience with cloud‑native databases like Azure Cosmos DB or DynamoDB.
DevOps: Practical experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD tools.
Real‑time Tech: Knowledge of WebSockets or Server‑Side Events (SSE).
Modern Frontend: Familiarity with Vue.js and SASS.
