It should give candidates an immediate sense of what the job is about and how it fits into the organization Responsibilities Contribute to product discovery and delivery cycles, impacting the team's products Work with cross-functional teams to develop new features, APIs, and improvements for scalability Build and implement new features Participate in on-call rotations Ensure a great customer experience, particularly in subscription, tenant, and customer management Qualifications Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance processes and methodologies - STD, STP Experience with work item tools like Jira Knowledge of SQL queries At least 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a strong knowledge of: JavaScript/TypeScript - programming language Mocha/Jest - or any other test runner Playwright/Cypress Axios/Got/Postman or any other tool for REST API testing CI/CD processes Total Rewards Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
