Responsabilidades da posição:

· Realizar atendimento e dar suporte ao cliente através dos canais de contato com o cliente: e-mail, chat, telefone e Whatsapp;

· Esclarecimento de dúvidas buscando soluções e as melhores alternativas.

· Digitar, acompanhar, retirar pendências e controlar o fluxo das propostas;

· Receber e conferir relatórios com atualizações de situações dos clientes;

· Apoio e monitoramento da operação.




Requisitos obrigatórios para a posição:
  • Formação superior cursando ou completa
  • Conhecimento de Pacote Office
  • Experiência na área de atendimento ao cliente e suporte
  • Sólida vivência em produtos e serviços de call-center
  • Dinamismo, boa comunicação, proatividade, comprometimento, eficiência
